SlimStep is a complete, pocket-sized personal fitness evaluator weighing less than 2 ounces.
Carry it with you and it will track your daily activity by sensing your activity level while walking, running or working out. It also computes your walking distance and the total number of calories you've burned.
But even more valuable is its unique ability to measure your body fat percentage. It performs this feat by first profiling your body type (based on sex, age, height, and weight) and then electronically measuring and calculating your total body composition. If you are above your ideal weight and body fat, it will display how many pounds you should lose and even suggest a calorie burning course you can follow to reach your goal.
